#OORT# In the first stage, only the project team had tokens, and there was no motivation for private institutions to do anything. Now we are already in the second stage, and private institutions certainly won't sell. The trading volume is there, and I believe institutions will start to join in and stir things up. There is still a third stage to come. Miners have accumulated enough stake tokens and will start to destroy and stake a large number of small amounts. The project is doing a good job of controlling the pace!
